Its better than grinding stockings for Ringo.

    Cheers
  4. jim roberts from hamilton, Canada writes: It makes sense -he goes to Binghamton-a team lacking experience and mentors some of the young guys. As a Hamilton Bulldogs fan I can only wish Montreal would do something similar instead of icing an all rookie team. Murray is obviously smarter than Gainey,
  5. Daniel Sturgis from Morocco writes: I have a feeling the Leafs are going to get beaten by the Sens yet again. This time, it will be for last place and top shot in the Tavares sweepstakes.
  6. Rob C from Canada writes: Yeah, this is a story....c'mon training camp!!

Sorry, not going to happen. Almost worth it though.
  8. Daniel Plainview from Canada writes: Ryan M- this must be the forward Tim Murray was talking about. If he orchestrated the deal Isbister will likely end up in Bingo.
  9. Ryan M from Ottawa, Canada writes: Daniel Plainview - yeah, looks that way. Not bad, and I'm surprised they got him on a two-way contract. A buddy of mine is an Oilers fan, says he's very frustrating to watch. He has all the pieces but can never seem to put them all in place.

Regardless, seems like he'd be a good guy to have in Bingo, and on hand for the occasional call-up. Maybe Murray sees some chemistry that could see him get time on the second line?

Daniel Sturgis - pure comedy. Thank you.

    wtf???

    hahahahaha
  11. Swifty J from Mtl, Canada writes: Jim Roberts: Gainey has been signing vets for Hamilton, just not "name" guys like Isbister who've been bouncing around the NHL for a decade, their stock slowly falling. (Wait a sec, Marc Denis fits that description.)

The Dogs will have a few more experienced career-AHL guys this season, not to mention some pretty exciting Habs prospects.

To get back on topic... maybe Isbister is just a really, really, really late bloomer, eh?
