P McLean from Canada writes: Refuse to go to a tournament ball, no restrictions on equipment, complain about even a grain of sand being out of place in the bunkers....There have been cases where good tee shots couldn't hold a fairway to save their lives, and that is taking it too far, but shots that don't even smell the fairway shouldn't have an easy time leaving a birdie putt.

    As far as ratings go, I always hear from the Tiger Woods worshippers that he was the reason ratings were higher. He's been out for 2 months. So are lower ratings due to the rough? Or Woods' absence?
