So either way I lose - was hoping Philly would take out the Pens and that Dallas would take out the Wings. Since it didn't happen that way (unfortunately) I have to say one more thing.... you Wings fans should really stop being so transparent and silly... lol... at Game 5 every time Dallas would score the whole arena got quiet and when the Wings scored it was like chaos. It was so lame!

What happened...? You guys were panicking....? ROFL!!!

    DUCKS 2009!!!

Ron Greenham from Kelowna, Canada writes: I am rooting for a Pittsburgh win, mostly out of respect for Mario, and what Thierien has been able to do with such a young, albeit very talented and coachable group. The sense of respect extends to Gary Roberts and Hal Gill, because of their frustrating history in Toronto. However, Detroit has some awesome weapons on the ice, and maybe , more importantly, behind the bench and especially in the front office. Illitch has to be the perfect owner, and the success of the scouting team, especially in the late rounds, is almost unbeliveable. Any front office that boasts Ken Holland, Steve Yzerman, and Scotty Bowman is hard to root against. In conclusion, although I am hoping for a Pittsburgh Cup win, I will not be surprised if Detroit cashes in all their assets and takes another championship. The experience of being able to watch these two very good teams battle for the Stanley Cup is one I am looking forward too.
