  1. John Deckhardt from Halifax, Canada writes: So, I guess based on the result of Game 4 of the Wings - Stars series the Wings lack maturity too? It's natural for any team up 3-0 to take the foot off the gas a little and to hope the other team folds.

    If they don't learn from losing game 4 and think just because they are going home to win it will be a walk - then that's lacking in maturity - and it can happen to any team - not just a "young one" let's hope both series wrap up in Game 5 so we can get on to the main event!!

They often get lost in the shuffle, forgotten about. But these guys are two of the most solid players out there. Flatline consistency even when the rest of the Flyers have been down and out.

Every article starts with some ridiculous, blunt statement about "what the problem is". Based on his logic, Detroit must also need to mature because they lost Game 4. Seriously, give me an informed opinion or shut your cakehole. This article is laughable at best.
  4. Barclay Logan from Bewdley, Canada writes: Sports columnists don't write objectively about this stuff; their columns contain their presumably knowledgeable opnions about whatever their specialty is ... I think a "Where Are They Now?" column is long overdue.

    I lost contact with Lorne "Gump" Worsely about a decade ago ... we were hoisting a few when I cracked a joke about the Hull slapshot that left a sizeable dent in his forehead -- he threw his beer in my face and stormed out of the bar. I noticed with curiosity that he was wearing his pads.

    I'd really like to apologize to him over a pitcher of beer (my dime) at his place, but he's gone all reclusive or something.
