Even on their $45,000 hockey salaries, several of the Norway players gave up their mint condition Easton Synnergy composite sticks to the crowd at the end of the game including one to my son... Very classy bunch of youngsters those Norweigians...
Thanks to the IIHF for choosing Halifax as a location for this tournament and Roy MacGregor for his excellent articles on this series...
Now, onwards to Quebec City to take on the Swedes....
