  1. R Goodwin from Canada writes: Could this be a MLB record - 2 players injured at the same position, in the same game, significantly enough that they both have to be put on the disabled list?? Knowing MLB and all their stats, there probably is a record category for this.

    Injuries killed them last year - I hope it doesn't get worse. Sprains can be more painful than breaks, but Mac should heal quickly enough.

    Yes, injuries can happen of course on grass and dirt, but having multi-million-dollar athletes forced to dive and slide on that stuff is like making thoroughbred horses race on concrete.

    Please, construct a park made specifically for baseball. If you build it they will come . . . and more players might stay off the DL.
