Gordon Howe from HockeyTown, United States writes: Just keep the shot totals down below 25 and we'll do just fine. That's what happens when the Wings control the play and spend most of the game in their opponents zone.

Dave The Rave from Ottawa, Canada writes: For all the talk about how physical Dallas is, does anybody remember that Detroit can duke it out with anybody in league? Osgood is a thoroughly transformed goaltender. If you look at footage from past years, he was always tentative. Not any more. And the Wings do not underestimate the Stars. They will be playing every game to win big. Wings have the killer instinct and the ability to execute, which puts them a level way above any of the teams Dallas has faced so far. This will be interesting.

Bill Weston from Grand Rapids, MI, United States writes: Have to agree, I like Osgoods attitude here (or lack of one) far more then Turcos constantly repeating mantra of "the Wings are not in my head, the Wings are not in my head."
These arent your fathers Red Wings; theyre faster and tougher then any Wings team in recent memory.
I agree, Gordon, if the Wings keep Dallas' shot total under 20-25 per game, I'll take the Wizard of Osgood being 'steady' over Turco being spottily spectacular any day. Remember too, the Stars have lost two of their last three games.
