Wharnsby: No love lost

If NHL officials were hoping that the emotions in game three of the second-round series between the Montreal Canadiens and Philadelphia Flyers would be toned down, the indications from the pre-game warm-up were that would not be the case.

Montreal's Tom Kostopoulos and Riley Cote of the Flyers jabbered at each other near the centre line, then Maxim Lapierre of the Canadiens and Philadelphia's Steve Downie joined in. But before physical contact was made, Montreal defenceman Ryan O'Byrne cajoled his teammates to get back to the warm-up. Cote won't be in the lineup for tonight's game.
