  1. John Muirhead from Waterloo, Canada writes: Good article. I believe the dates are wrong on the timing of Carbonneau's takeover though ...Julien was fired in January of 2006 (January 2005 was the lockout year) and Carbonneau was to take over (and did) for the start of the 2006-2007 season.
