Another sickening sight for the man planning Vancouver's version
Vancouver John Furlong awoke yesterday morning to television images of protesters in London and Paris clashing with police and bursting through security details to disrupt the Olympic torch relay. He felt both ill and angry.
"I was sick to my stomach," the president of the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Winter Games said over breakfast. "Honestly, I was. I can't sugarcoat it.
