Robert Mutis from Port Coquitlam, Canada writes: Funny how things work out, isn't it? I'm glad for Johnson...he may have landed with the Cubs at exactly the right time. Then again, it's the Cubs. But he'll be a favourite with Piniella because he hustles and works hard. Glad he found a team that wants him. Too bad for the Jays they get nothing in return, and now Rolen has a busted finger - and I guess Doc Holliday looked a little sick today in a 10-0 loss.

Tony! Tony! from Canada writes: Robert: Six of the runs against Halladay were unearned. He was cruising until a minor league second basemen started chucking and botching the ball all over the place.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is: Don't worry about it!- Posted 25/03/08 at 7:38 PM EST | Alert an Editor | Link to Comment

Shades of Grey from Canada writes: This news makes me slightly sick. Reed was a hard nosed, offensively and defensively skilled player J.P. got nothing for. I hope this wasn't all about saving $2 million. I'm a big Shannon Stewart fan, and hope he's got something left in the tank..but this could shake up to be a disaster.
