It wouldn't matter to me because every time I hear Bob Cole's whine I hit the mute button anyway. All these years I've been hating CBC Leaf broadcasts, but I've discovered since I hooked myself up with satellite t.v. to get away from the endless Leaf debacles that I don't hate the Leafs nearly as much when someone else is calling the game and I don't have the double whammy of having to endure Cole and the third member of the triumvirate of Leaf loving incompetence Harry Neale.
Now make no mistake, the Leafs are still an embarrassment to hockey, but when that absurdity is coupled with Bob Cole's endless orgasmic homage to Mats Sundin every broadcast, whether or not he has any impact upon the game whatsoever, is absolutely untenable.
