    To be fair, "decent young Canadian talent" has also been "too few and far between." We seem to have superstars (Hargreaves, Jonathan de Guzman) who prefer playing for other countries or we produce really bad players. The inbetweens are very few and that's where a country builds its depth. Rosenlund may prove to be one of those rare inbetweens but still with a lot to prove.

I must say with the kind of fan support TFC got last year im dissappointed in the way the management/ownership has rewarded our loyalty. To think that they could actually be worse then last year is frightening.

Isnt their someone that has more to offer that may be getting older like a Teddy Sheringham, Billy Costacurta, Edgar Davids, Enrico Chiesa or Alvaro Recoba? Im not sure if any of these players would have any interest in coming to the MLS but this would be a good way of rewarding the great fans of Toronto. This would also benefit the young guys having positive mentors like this around.

    To be clear, Carver is the coach, not the GM. His job is to do the best he can with what he is given. The GM is supposed to provide him with the tools to get things done.
