Legman22 In Montreal from Montreal, Canada writes: What a beautifully written and researched article. We fans most of the time wonder why these highly paid athletes don't just take advantage of every buck offered them and play until the money stops rolling in. I'm sure Favre realized that his measure as a man has always been defined in his ability to play football at an extremely high level. Maybe now, he has realized that he needs to re-define himself in the real-world through different criteria. I salute him for bowing out with grace and dignity. He'll be missed.
