Wally Grisold from Toronto, Canada writes: Seeing that Wales have hired a new rugby coach from New Zealand, why not hire the recently dismissed Welsh coach, at least he has some knowledge of the game and should instill some confidence that the current side lacks, as seen in the recent World Cup.
