  1. Mike Berezin from London, ONtario, writes: I have to laugh that this hallowed NFL team will play at the Rogers Centre. Considering the owner of the stadium, Ted Rogers, wants nothing to do with an NFL team. That his stadium has been redesigned for his baseball team. And if an NFL team played there, can you imagine how the usual 15,000 the Jays get in April would look in a 75,000 seat stadium? CAn you say Clevelend Indians Municipal Stadium?

And about Larry Tannenbaum? He should quit worrying about where his mythical NFL team will play, and instead concentrate on his REAL hockey team that is going down the drain due to mismanagement and lousy ownership!

If Larry wants the NFL, he should sell the Leafs to a company who'll make hockey Job 1, not simply use it as a source of revenue to buy fancy toys. And if the NFL team ever came, can you imagine how low the Leafs would be on the priority list then? Can't wait for Kitchener to get a team!
  2. Chris A. from Canada writes: Riiiiiight, MSLE. No malice intended for not thinking about a Canadian football field, even though your chairman has a desire to bring a phantom NFL team to Toronto and this would harm the Argo's chances for survival down the road. Way to show your consideration. NOT!

Why should anyone be surprised about anything this group of bandits does. All they care about is themselves, and to hell with what the taxpayers think about all this. Their corporate logo should be a giant screw with a nut through it.
